1. Kick-Off Meeting

During this meeting, your Novadontics support team member will work closely with your staff to identify specific goals and determine individualized priorities based on your unique practice needs.

2. Data Conversion

If needed, Novadontics will migrate all of the data and images from your existing practice management software to your Novadontics practice account.

3. Onboarding and Training

A timeline of online training sessions and weekly meeting times will be scheduled with your Novadontics support team member, who will guide your staff through a 2-hour onboarding session in which all of your practice settings will be entered into the software for your initial setup.

4. Go Live!

Once your office team has completed training and all data and images have been added to the existing system since the initial data conversion has been updated in the system, your Novadontics software platform will go live.

5. Ongoing Support

Our support team will be available to provide chat, email, and phone assistance at any time. It is our goal to ensure that all Novadontics subscribers feel supported during every step of the way.

We at Novadontics are committed to making your switch to our cloud-based system as painless as possible. Our implementation process includes five simple steps:
  • 1. Kick-Off Meeting

    A dedicated Novadontics support team member will reach out to your front office team to schedule a meeting to begin the software implementation process. During this meeting, your Novadontics support team member will work closely with your staff to identify specific goals and determine individualized priorities based on your unique practice needs.

  • 2. Data Conversion

    Novadontics will migrate all of the data and images from your existing practice management software to your Novadontics practice account. This initial data conversion allows you to perform your initial setup and practice using the system using your actual data. Until your Novadontics system goes live, you will continue entering information into your existing system.
  • 3. Onboarding and Training

    After analyzing your current workflows, a timeline of online training sessions and weekly meeting times will be scheduled with your Novadontics support team member, who will guide your staff through a 2-hour onboarding session in which all of your practice settings will be entered into the software for your initial setup. Your Novadontics support team member will also demonstrate the basics of using the system, such as entering a patient and making an appointment.
  • 4. Go Live!

    Once your office team has completed training and all data and images added to the existing system since the initial data conversion have been updated in the system, your Novadontics software platform will go live. At this point, office staff will only be using the Novadontics system and will no longer enter information into the previous system.
  • 5. Ongoing Support

    Within the first three days of going live, a Novadontics support team member will reach out to answer any questions and ensure a smooth transition. Our support team will also be available to provide chat, email, and phone assistance at any time going forward. It is our goal to ensure that all Novadontics subscribers feel supported during every step of the way, and we will do everything we can to ensure that the implementation process is a positive experience.
